We're located at 2648 International Blvd, Suite 602, in the Fruitvale Gateway Building — on International Blvd between 26th and 27th Avenues, in the heart of Fruitvale. We're a short walk from Fruitvale BART and on one of Oakland's busiest bus corridors. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Getting here from Fruitvale BART
It's about a 16-minute walk (0.7 miles), and the route is flat. From the Fruitvale BART station, walk through Fruitvale Village along Avenida de la Fuente to International Blvd. Turn onto International Blvd heading northwest, toward downtown Oakland — the avenue numbers count down as you go. Continue about half a mile, past 30th and 29th Avenues, and the Fruitvale Gateway Building is near 27th Avenue. If you'd rather not walk, buses on International Blvd cover the same stretch in a few minutes.
By bus
AC Transit's Tempo bus rapid transit line (1T) runs the length of International Blvd, from downtown Oakland to San Leandro, with stations along the boulevard. Get off at the station closest to 27th Avenue and the building is a short walk. Check the AC Transit website or trip planner for current stops and schedules.
By car
We're a few blocks from I-880 on the east side of the freeway. Use the 29th Avenue or 23rd Avenue exit and head away from the freeway toward International Blvd. From I-580, take Fruitvale Avenue toward the flats and turn onto International Blvd heading northwest to 27th Avenue.
Parking
Call us before your visit and we'll tell you the best place to park that day. Street parking on the side streets is usually the simplest option.
Before you arrive
Bring a photo ID and your insurance or Denti-Cal card, or your Medi-Cal member number. New patients can save time by filling out the health history form online before the visit, or arrive about ten minutes early and we'll help you with it at the front desk. If you're walking in without an appointment, come as early in the day as you can — mornings are usually quieter.
